Polycarboxylate High - range Water Reducer (PCE) is a kind of high - performance concrete admixture with polycarboxylate polymer as the main component. It belongs to the third - generation water reducers (the first generation: wood calcium - based; the second generation: naphthalene - based/melamine - based).

According to application requirements, polycarboxylate water reducers can be classified as follows:
Standard Type: Offers universal high water reduction, suitable for conventional concrete.
Early Strength Type: Blended with early strength components to accelerate early strength development, ideal for winter construction or emergency repair projects.
Retarding Type: Prolongs setting time, suitable for mass concrete or high-temperature environments.
Slump Retention Type: Enhances slump retention capacity, designed for long-distance transportation or complex pouring processes.
Freeze-Resistant/Anti-Permeation Type: Optimizes durability-related properties, used in special environmental engineering.

Packing & Delivery

We use imported high-density polyethylene (HDPE) raw materials, with wall thickness 20%-30% thicker than ordinary IBC tanks, and impact resistance increased by over 50%.
It has strong chemical corrosion resistance, excellent UV resistance and anti-aging performance.
The frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes/stainless steel materials. The fork hole design complies with international standards, making it more resistant to deformation during forklift operations.
