Product Introduction:
Sodium Lignosulphonate is an anionic surfactant. It is a reaction product of wood pulp and sulfur dichloride aqueous   solution and sulfite, which is the by product of pulp production. SLL is first generation concrete admixture, features of low ash, low gas content and strong adapt ability for cement, there is no precipitate in the liquid admixture which

Application


1.Construction industry: It is mainly used as a concrete admixture. It can improve the fluidity of concrete, reduce the water consumption, enhance the workability and strength of concrete, improve the dispersion of cement particles, prevent sedimentation and agglomeration, thereby improving the quality and durability of concrete.

2.Pesticide and fertilizer industry:
As a fertilizer additive, it can increase the nutrient utilization rate and improve the physical properties of fertilizers. As a carrier for slow and controlled-release fertilizers, it can delay the release of nutrients and enhance the stability of fertilizers. It can also promote plant growth, stimulate the development of plant roots, and regulate the plant's metabolism. Moreover, it can improve the soil structure, increase the stability of soil aggregates, and enhance the soil's ability to retain fertilizers and water.
It can be used as a pesticide dispersant, a pesticide slow-release agent, enhance the adhesion of pesticides, and improve the wettability of pesticides.

Notice:
1. For Sodium lignin water reducer, recommended amount in the concrete cement (weight) of 0.2% ~ 0.6%, the user should determine the optimal dosage through the experiment.
2. When sodium ligninsulfonate is used, the dosage should be strictly controlled,
If the dosage is less, effect will not obvious; if the dosage is more, it will affect the strength.
3. When the temperature is below 5 degrees, it is not advisable to use sodium lignosulfonate alone in general engineering.
4. In steamed concrete, please determine the dosage by experiment.
5. Sodium lignosulfonate is not suitable for cement with anhydrite as set-controlling admixture.
