1. Packaging industry
Food packaging
Heat sealing layer material: used for flexible packaging (such as snack bags, frozen food packaging), providing low-temperature heat sealing to avoid cracking of the seal.
Stretch film & wrapping film: enhance the toughness and puncture resistance of the film, and reduce transportation damage.
Highly transparent packaging: suitable for packaging that requires high gloss, such as cosmetics and electronic products.
Medical packaging
Used for medical composite films and infusion bags, with good chemical stability and non-toxicity.
2. Film industry
Agricultural film
Greenhouse film: improve light transmittance, enhance UV resistance and weather resistance, and extend service life.
Ground film: improve flexibility, prevent cracking, suitable for arid areas.
Industrial film
Heavy packaging bags (such as fertilizer and feed bags): enhance tear resistance and prevent transportation damage.
Shrink film: used for beverage bottles and daily chemical product collective packaging, providing high shrinkage and stability.
3. Modified plastics & composite materials
Toughening modification
Blended with plastics such as PP and PE to improve impact resistance, used in car bumpers, home appliance housings, etc.
Replace EPDM, reduce costs and maintain elasticity.
Transparent modification
Used in transparent PP (such as food containers, medical syringes), improve transparency and maintain rigidity.
4. Wire and cable industry
Insulation layer & sheath materials
Used in communication cables and automotive wiring harnesses, providing excellent flexibility and low temperature resistance (still elastic at -40℃).
Replace PVC, in line with the trend of environmentally friendly halogen-free.
5. Automotive industry
Interior parts (such as dashboards, door panels)
Provide low odor and high scratch resistance, in line with the lightweight requirements of automobiles.
Sealing strips & shock-absorbing parts
Replace traditional TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), reduce costs and maintain elasticity.
