Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is a new generation of environment friendly cement admixture of advanced world level. It has a good adaptability with cement and it widely used in non-shrinkage grouting material/mechanical grouting material, repair mortar, cement-based mortar, waterproof mortar,

crack-sealer and thermal mortar, etc. Used for concrete, it can improving the fluidity, early and final strength and the decreasing the shrinkage crack at the last stage of the mortar hardens. Besides, the product is also applicable to the gypsum, fire-proof material and ceramics.

Notice:
 

1. The optimum dosage of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer to meet specific requirements should always be determined by trials using the materials and conditions that will be experienced in use.
 

2. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer must preferably be added in the mixing water and in case of ready mixed concrete where the product can be added on fresh concrete and in a mixing truck. It is necessary to mix at a high speed for about 6 - 8 minutes.

3. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer affords excellent control over initial and final setting times. Setting times of concrete mixes are related to cement type, mix design, and ambient temperature.

4. It can not be used in combination with naphthalene type water reducing agent. If it is used in combination with other kinds of admixtures, it should be confirmed in advance by experiment
