Packaging & Shipping
 
1. The packing of PCE powder is 25 kg PP woven bags; The packing of PCE liquid is 230kg PE drum,

1100kg IBC tank or flexitank. Customized package available.
 
2. Stored in dry and cool place at room temperature, away from the sunshine.
 
3. The shelf-life is 1 year

Notice:

 
1. The optimum dosage of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer to meet specific requirements should always be determined by trials using the materials and conditions that will be experienced in use.
 
2. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer must preferably be added in the mixing water and in case of ready mixed concrete where the product can be added on fresh concrete and in a mixing truck. It is necessary to mix at a high speed for about 6 - 8 minutes.

3. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer affords excellent control over initial and final setting times. Setting times of concrete mixes are related to cement type, mix design, and ambient temperature.

4. It can not be used in combination with naphthalene type water reducing agent. If it is used in combination with other kinds of admixtures, it should be confirmed in advance by experiment
