SM Melamine Superplasticizer is a kind of powder form superplasticizer based on sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin, which is suitable for cementitious mortars with requirements of high fluidity and high strength.

SM Melamine Superplasticizer Performance 

1. It has a high water reduction rate, and the water reduction effect is better when compounded with other admixtures; it has a significant early strengthening effect; and it has good adaptability to Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, etc.

2. SM can endow mortar with fast plasticizing ability, high-efficiency liquefaction effect, and low air entrainment property.

3. SM is suitable for applications such as tile grout, self-leveling materials, fair-faced concrete, and colored floor hardeners.

4. This product can improve the plastic viscosity of gypsum slurry, facilitate the casting and molding of products, and    enhance the appearance quality of gypsum products.

5. This product has better adaptability to pure calcium aluminate cement.

6. SM can be used as a wetting agent for dry-mixed mortar to achieve excellent construction workability.

7. This product is a green and environmentally friendly product free of chlorine, ammonia, and low in alkalinity.

SM Melamine Superplasticizer Applications

1. It is especially suitable for preparing dry concrete mortar, high-strength shrinkage grouting materials,  high-strength gypsum and gypsum products.

2. Suitable for preparing commercial concrete, pumped concrete, high-strength high-performance concrete, non-vibration self-compacting concrete and high-strength mortar.

3. Suitable for preparing refractory concrete, steam-cured concrete, fair-faced concrete, decorative concrete and colored concrete.

4. Melamine superplasticizer has small shrinkage and good bleeding control, and is widely used in the manufacture of floor tile brighteners.

5. It can be used as the main component of waterproof materials to improve the impermeability of concrete or mortar.  It can also be used as a component of concrete together with UEA expanding agents and other materials to prepare structurally self-waterproof concrete.
